Paul Moysiuk is a Shanghai-based Canadian lawyer who specializes in providing services to assist international clients with establishing, operating and developing businesses in China. His main clients are Canadian businesses, from start-ups to world famous, entering into or operating in China’s business markets. Paul also assists Chinese individuals and businesses with investment projects into Canada.

His practice areas include the establishment of legal structures for his clients through holding companies in Hong Kong, Singapore, Guernsey or Caymans, contract drafting, legal research and applications for licenses and permits (e.g. performance licenses, ticket sales licenses, permits for athletes and entertainers, etc.), providing intellectual property theft protection mechanisms and registrations and dispute resolution services regarding intellectual property theft and international trade.

Paul obtained his Juris Doctorate law degree at Western University in London, Ontario and was called to the Canadian Bar in Alberta.
