Jarret and his associates represent our China-based clients with litigation and family law matters in Alberta and British Columbia.

Mr. Janis has developed a well-rounded litigation practice having represented various individuals, corporate clients and employers and employees with legal challenges arising out of civil disputes, regulatory issues and workplace-related problems. In doing so, Jarret has successfully negotiated numerous out-of-court settlements for his clients.

Jarret frequently litigates matters before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.

Jarret is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
